Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Sales Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential sales team in Sydenham.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and agreeing sales. You will also be optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and book valuations for potential clients
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
  • Agree sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Requirements

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a proven track record
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
