My client is within the care industry, and they are currently looking for a Training Coordinator to join their central office team. They currently have 14 luxury care homes across the UK which focus on creating a family environment with spas, cinema rooms,hair and beauty salons and secluded gardens.
My client is seeking someone to join their HR team who will be responsible for the coordination and management of training, identifying training needs, preparing training materials, and conducting training programs.
**Key Responsibilities-**
- Booking training with external companies
- Scheduling training monthly
- Coordinating managers meetings including planning, booking, coordination of any materials
- Conduct Central Office inductions
- Review external invoices and pass to the HR Director for authorisation
- Preparing all supporting materials such as workbooks, reading guides, and follow-up materials
- Promote awareness for different apprenticeship schemes available to all colleagues
- Liaising with management and homes to create an annual training planner
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
- Preferably have had some experience scheduling training experience OR a proven track record of being highly organised is a must
- Ability to multitask and juggle
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
