Workshop Assistant

We are pleased to be recruiting a new member to join our team at our warehouse in Coseley.

The main purpose of the role is to assist with the smooth running of operations at SCP, whether this be working on picking/despatching scaffolding products, assembling products that are part of the companies operations or using saws/drills to aid in the manufacturing of certain products, ensuring tasks are completed to meet deadlines.

**Skills/experience required**:

- Workshop experience - worked previously with drills & saws.
- Scaffolding Experience - Product Knowledge with Scaffolding and construction products is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, generate fresh and innovative ideas to improve department.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary - Minimum Wage

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: Up to £10.45 per hour
