Community Housing are delivering on the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) across Worcestershire and are looking to expand their current team of Wellbeing and Life Skills Advisors to ensure their continued success.

Working in partnership with local authorities, we are seeking to appoint experienced, motivated and enthusiastic people to undertake the rewarding role of a UKSPF Wellbeing and Life Skills Advisor.

The **Wellbeing and Life Skills Advisor** will work with Community Housing and other local key Partners across the County to **provide wellbeing, skills and employment support to participants**. They will be required to work with people furthest from the labour market and support individuals through a tailored and creative action plan enabling them to reach their full potential.

In addition, **there is a second advisor role **which is focusing on developing the **digital skills **of residents in the Wyre Forest area, working on a training pathway in conjunction with Kidderminster College.

These posts are both **fixed term contracts for 12 months**.

They are funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and are challenging posts that will require you to be innovative. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides a high-quality service, and part of an organisation that is committed to valuing and supporting its employees and the local community.

Although not essential, Information, Advice & Guidance, youth work or relevant qualifications, and an understanding of the UK Welfare to Work Programme would be advantageous.
