You will work with the Digital and Web Product Manager and services to create, edit and publish online content on our digital channels.

You will help achieve the customer focus outcomes of the Digital Transformation Strategy and Our Cambridge programme by delivering navigation and content improvements.

1. Work with services to create, edit and publish content for the website using the content management system, to enhance online customer interactions and information.

2. Ensure the website is easy to navigate, with clear information that enables the customer to self-serve 24/7.

3. Identify and develop content improvements for the website and customer portal, encouraging high quality, customer focused, easy to use transactions.

4. Create and update online forms to improve customer interactions and processes.

5. Update the customer portal content, ensuring the information is current, succinct and aligns with the website content.

6. Ensure the website and all content is fully accessible and complies with the latest public sector accessibility legislation.

7. Gather usage data and prepare data reports, to help inform decisions and improve digital services.

8. Support services by updating the internal intranet site.

9. Carry out any other duties as required by your line manager from time to time in accordance with the grading of the post.
