**Role Overview**:
We are expanding our team of producers in the Film and Content department and are looking for a junior producer with a passion for moving image. This is a role that sits across both disciplines of agency and in-house content production.

As a junior producer you will be responsible for supporting producers on a wide range of projects from conception to delivery. You'll also be taking ownership of smaller broadcast and content projects (radio ads, social content etc). You will be working closely with producers, client services, project managers, production companies as well as in-house/freelance crews and will need to have excellent communication, organisational & project-management skills.

Ideally you'll have experience working in an agency and/or production company environment, as well as experience on set. A good understanding of the production process through to broadcast delivery, experience/understanding of producing animatics, demos & radio ads, understanding of social platforms, formats and aspect ratios is important. The ability to act independently and run with whatever task is set, to multitask, identify and prioritise tasks set is essential. Administrational competence, knowledge of all the Microsoft office programs (Excel/PowerPoint) is needed. But most importantly you need to be someone who performs well under pressure and is hungry to learn and grow with us. Attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a positive demeanour is a must, as well as the ability to multitask and support teams across multiple projects.

**What you'll be doing**:
Responsibilities including but not limited to:

- Production support: Creating call sheets, drafting schedules, booking travel and accommodation, research, liaising with talent agents, equipment hire companies, location houses, freelance crews and 3rd party production companies.
- Finance: Understanding of budgets, working within budget parameters, managing POs, vendor set-ups, opening jobs, raising production estimates based on producer's budgets, as well as running job reports on the inhouse finance software.
- Organising reel reviews with production companies.
- Day to day running of smaller ad hoc projects.
- Attending shoots and VO recordings.
- Overseeing edits and managing delivery of assets.
