Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes.
- Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment effectively and safely
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service
- Assist in meal preparation and presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively
- Experience in meal preparation is desirable
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.60-£12.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen experience: 1 year (preferred)
