The company is customer focus led, ensuring the continued evolution of our extensive product range, designed to meet the requirements of civil infrastructure, agriculture and building customers across the UK and Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Coordinator to be part of the Maintenance team working to maintain Moore

Concre te’s plant and equipment in accordance with the laid down Health & Safety Standards ISO:45001.

**Key Duties include**:

- Receive maintenance request from production and communicate with the maintenance team.
- Follow up maintenance request completion with the maintenance team.
- Record/register breakdown daily
- Raise a goods request to procurement team for new parts.
- Update and issue the PPM schedule to the maintenance team on weekly basis.
- Update the scorecard weekly.
- Update the maintenance documents on daily basis.
- Keep spare parts inventory updated.
- Add new parts to the inventory list.
- Monitor and record plant machinery downtime.
- Update maintenance health and safety file.
- Follow up with outsourced contractors for job completion and orders.
- Control and monitor maintenance documents (in-house and outsourced).
- Provide information to Accounting Department that would allow for setup of new vendor accounts.
- Obtain information needed to get quotes.
- Correspond with Maintenance Manager and Dire ctor.
- Any other duties, within reason and capability, as agreed through consultation with the Maintenance

Manager.

**Essentia** **l Criteria**:

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Ability to learn and use a new maintenance software.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical etc).
- General knowledge of building maintenance and repairs, basic plumbing, electrical and structural repairs.

**Desirable Criteria**
- A willingness to develop skill base and knowledge.
- Strong Administration knowledge and skills

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£34,041.25 per year
