- Develop and implement programs to support the educational and social development of youth
- Provide guidance and mentorship to children and teenagers
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for youth to learn and grow
- Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate activities and events
- Monitor and assess the progress of youth participants
- Address behavioral issues and provide appropriate interventions

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology, or related field
- Previous experience working with children or youth in a mentoring or educational capacity
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of young individuals

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in special education settings
- Background in youth work or mentoring
