**Job purpose**:
We are looking for that unique person to join our team who can incorporate the company and its values.

We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and support our sales efforts. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes and providing excellent customer service.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Processing Customer Contracts:

- Efficiently handle the processing of customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Customer Communication:

- Engage with customers via various communication channels to address enquiries, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience.
- Undertake administrative tasks related to sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing documentation.
- Prioritise and escalate customer inquiries or issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Internal Communication:

- Communicate key messages and updates from the sales department to other areas of the business (and vice versa).

**Key requirements**:

- 5 days a week (Monday - Saturday)
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Mature and responsible attitude
- Effective problem solving and people skills
- Able to work as part of a team and deliver a great customer service
- A drive for excellence and high mindfulness, a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work with the flexibility required as a team member.
- Note-Taking:

- Capture comprehensive and accurate notes during meetings, calls, and interactions.
- Ensure that essential information is documented for reference and follow-up.
- Stakeholder Reporting:

- Prepare and deliver reports to key stakeholders, providing insights into sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics.

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
