An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Therapy Lead Role for outpatient therapies at Ipswich Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to develop and expand their leadership and management skills.

The role will involve Operational Management, coordination and development of the Outpatient therapy service. The post holder will support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service and provide professional leadership for the staff employed within the Integrated Therapy Service at ESNEFT.

The post holder will also work with the AHP Strategic Lead, Head of Therapies and Operational Lead on operational and strategic planning and development of the Integrated Therapy Service.

Operational Management, coordination and development of the outpatient therapy service.

To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service.

To provide professional leadership for the staff employed within the Integrated Therapy Service at ESNEFT.

To work with the AHP Strategic Lead, Clinical Leads and Operational Lead on operational and strategic planning and development of the Integrated Therapy Service, to ensure high quality, flexible and responsive service delivery and to plan, develop, coordinate, deliver, monitor and evaluate the services provided.

To be involved in leading on the reviewing and implementation of Governance within redesigned therapy pathways across the acute and community services.

To represent Therapies at Governance Forums across the acute and community services.

To be accountable for staff and patient safety when delivering Integrated Therapy Services within ESNEFT
