1st Line Helpdesk/Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7/Active Directory - 3Month initial contract. 3 DAYS ON SITE IN SOUTH YORKSHIRE.

OUTSIDE OF IR35. £150 P/D.

Technical Desktop Support - Windows XP, 7
My client, located in South Yorkshire, are looking to add to their technical support team and therefore require an experienced 1st Support Engineer.
Your skills to include:

- Excellent customer services skills, dealing with a variety of customers and third parties over the telephone.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software (XP, Office, Operating systems etc.)
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of ITIL procedures, ideally hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate Preferred
- Microsoft certified, MCITP/MCSA Preferred.
- Azure Password resets
- Office 365
