**About the role**:

- Ensure detailed and correct documentation to support the running of drivers and the depot, including completing pre-briefs and debriefs, challenging discrepancies and general administrative duties.

***Key Role Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries-
- Driver brief and debrief with scanners-
- Handling driver and customer queries-
- Handling and sorting of parcels-
- Data inputting and administrative duties-
- Taking and managing customer calls-
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure-
- 1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial-
- Excellent verbal and written communication-
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential**What about career development?**
