**Are you an IT Infrastructure Project Manager looking for a new challenge?**

We are seeking multiple Project Managers support with the busy project deliverables. You will be key in delivering a number of digital transformation projects, all within a collaborative and supportive environment where growth is always encouraged.

**What you will be doing**:

- Establishing and maintaining effective project controls;
- Organising and directing the project team;
- Keeping the project team aware of the long-term objectives and focused upon the near-term deliverables;
- Setting and communicating clear goals and establishing priorities in line with contracted outcomes and project success criteria.
- Effectively engaging the Project Owner, client, subcontractors, third parties and project stakeholders throughout the duration of each project, developing positive, enduring relationships (at the 'working’ level); and
- Ensuring that a clear and objective assessment of project performance is regularly, clearly and accurately reported, identifying, escalating and resolving conflicts wherever they arise

**What you will bring**:

- Excellent in all aspects of project management including full life-cycle, processes, methodologies, change control, configuration management, project scoping, project planning, transition to live support.
- Experience of managing project teams of various sizes.
- Experience of project managing IT infrastructure and/or software projects.
- Commercially aware with experience of managing budgets of up to ~£1million
- Experience of working in a variety of project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PPM or equivalent)
- Effective risk identification, risk management and risk mitigation across their projects.
- Effective RAID management.

**Full time permanent
Location: Salisbury or Portsmouth Hybrid working
Security Clearance Level: SC level clearance or eligibility to go through the vetting process.

**Salary**: circa £50k
