Robertson Bell is pleased to be partnering with an ambitious Housebuilder in their search for a Treasury Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Leading a high-performing and successful team, this role will take ownership of the operational Treasury activities,as well as supporting the Director of the function on development of the ongoing treasury strategy.

**The main responsibilities of the Treasury Manager include**:

- Manage and motivate a team of five, who are together responsible for all treasury management, including cash flow forecasting, covenant reporting, as well as the treasury accounting, providing relevant training and cover where needed.
- Provide crucial input into the production of monthly reports to be presented to the Treasury Committee.
- Lead on the relevant statutory reporting at year end, including all treasury related notes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive an efficient treasury management function.

- Either a qualified Accountant or ACT.
- Extensive experience in treasury management, experience in the social housing sector is highly desirable but by no means essential.
- A confident manager, who has strong experience leading high-performing teams in large and complex organisations.
- A first-class communicator.
