Our client, a global information services provider, are seeking a personable and proactive HR Administrator to join their friendly team on an ongoing temp basis.

In this role, you will support the HR team with day-to-day administration. This will include admin behind HR documentation, setting staff up on the database, reconciliations, ad hoc data entry, and managing the staff benefits platform.

This is a rewarding opportunity to utilise your strong administration skills and expand on your HR skills, while being an integral member of a friendly, social, supportive team

- Days: Monday - Friday (hybrid, 2 days from home & 3 days in office)
- Hours: 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Pay: 14 per hour
- Dress Code: Smart Casual

**Duties**
- Support the HR and people team with all things admin
- Ensure staff members are enrolled in benefits program
- Assist with implementation of Hibob system
- Ad hoc data entry for the team
- Reconciliations
- Admin behind HR documents, including contracts
- Setting system up with staff data

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous admin experience
- Ideally 1 year of experience in HR or relevant degree
- Ideally experience using Hibob
- Proven verbal communication skills
- Can do attitude, highly proactive
- Strong written skills
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multitask
- Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
