**The Role of the Senior UX & UI Designer**

As a senior level UX & UI designer you have the ability to shape the way in which some of the most supported clubs, events and organisations in sport, engage and inspire millions of fans. You will support and motivate other designers, inspiring new ideas and driving excellence across the team.

Your role will be focused on the delivery of digital products, often in multiple delivery squads. You will be hands-on and in the detail when it comes to design, your experience in leading projects will enable the wider team to push boundaries in product thinking. Resulting in consistently delivering on point user experience and flawless user interface designs. You will have the ambition to imagine the unimagined and continually deliver at a standard that surpasses the rest of the industry.

You will have a hunger for data and insights and ensure the fan is always at the core of every product you are involved in. You will be responsible for maintaining the vision and standard of product design delivery across multiple projects and clients.

You will play an essential role in providing support and inspiring other designers, encouraging them to set high creative standards. Additionally, you will drive the importance of collaboration and instil a culture where we never sit still and always strive for better. You will own the design deliverables and ensure the best possible value through continually challenging and improving our ways of working.

**A day in the life of a Senior UX & UI Designer**

You will lead product workstreams and elevate the level of creativity from the team (and wider business) and directly support the design Leads. You will be responsible for pushing design execution across your project team(s), ensuring all designers strive for the highest quality and continue to be inspired to to always deliver more

You will naturally be an effective Senior UX & UI designer within a delivery squad, demonstrating the very best attributes in delivering a successful project. You will work hand in hand with Product Managers and the wider project team to drive a project forward and ensure we deliver on time, on budget and beyond expectations. You will have an interest and advocate for data led design and continue to drive forward opportunities. You will partner with our clients and build strong, lasting relationships that help to elevate the products we create.

You will be involved in the whole product lifecycle with the ability to support creative workshops, ideate, develop conceptual designs and support our team of engineers through seamless design handovers. Hands-on design will be at the heart of your role and you will be a master in Figma whilst embracing wider creative tooling to enhance your design solutions. Design Systems will be at the core of everything you do to drive consistency, efficiency and quality.
