Canteen Operator

We are looking to recruit a permanent Canteen Operator for our Redruth site, to work Monday to Friday 3pm - 9.30pm

**The main responsibilities of this post will include**:

- Carry out a range of manual tasks and activities and ensure all tasks are finished within permitted time frames.
- Check and monitor processes making recommendations for any adjustments necessary to achieve product and process specification.
- Serving of food and beverages.
- Collecting monies and operate cash till.
- Operation of kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, worktops, tables and floors.
- Operate within the Company health and safety standards at all times and ensure that the work areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Comply with the food hygiene requirements at all times.
- Reports faults so they can be put right quickly to keep downtime to a minimum.
- Supporting the team in delivering good quality food and service.
