**Job Title**: Project Manager - Events

**Location**: Verwood, Dorset BH31 6BE

**Salary**: £30k to £40k Per annum depending on previous experience + Bonus opportunities + Benefits (Listed below)

**About You **
- Project Manager will be working with our clients before and during the events, so needs to be customer focused and be able to communicate at all levels.
- A sports enthusiast, pro-active, self-starter who is flexible and calm in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Confident and challenging, always looking to do better.
- Straight talking and honest - a person that considers and respects those around you.
- Must have experience in building and managing events - ideally minimum of 3 years
- The successful applicant will be required to be physically fit as there will be manual work to build the event and have good practical communication and interpersonal skills.
- The role although primarily based in Verwood, Dorset, will require you to travel worldwide to build and deliver the events.
- Self-motivated and committed to get the job done to exact standards with tight deadlines, and difficult conditions.
- Good listening skills, to fully understand the requirements of each job, particularly when verbally briefed.
- Flexible attitude to working away from home and the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands and situations
- Having worked in the sports and/or events industry or a customer facing environment is an advantage but is not essential.
- You must hold a valid UK driving licence and be a confident driver overseas and have the ability to drive a sprinter van as a minimum.
- You must be prepared to work out of normal hours and at weekends.
- Overseas experience is desired but not essential.

**The Role**
- You will have the responsibility of managing and overseeing the event from the point of sign off and hand over from the Client Services team, including the build stage through to live activity and then breakdown of an event.
- You will be responsible for overseeing the required production, logistics, installation, on-site management, client and venue liaison and live event management of a differing range of events.
- Your role will involve creating and managing budgets along with your line manager, including processing through our finance systems and reconciling the budget upon completion of the job.
- You will work with the creative team to develop visuals and artwork required for the project.
- Developing long term relationships with clients

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Supporting your line manager and wider production and project management team with project tasks
- Overseeing Executives who may report directly into you
- Assisting with logistics, operations, production and staffing planning
- Post sign-off, you are responsible for the delivery of projects from start to finish
- Ensure you are aware of all key brand, event or tournament information
- Working with the warehouse team to pack up required kit pre-event, ready to send to site and taking receipt of the kit when returning to the warehouse
- Creation of required H&S documentation
- Provide briefing, support and coaching for all Event Managers
- Overseeing build - managing 3rd party supplier deliveries, arranging break and rota along with onsite event manager team
- Driving kit to and from event where required
- Organize and communicate all logistics required for each event
- Client communications
- Support for on-site team
- Budget tracking and reconciliation to keep within allocated budget
