Our client, an award-winning, customer communications company, is looking for Quality Lead to join their team in Sunderland.

We are recruiting for a Quality Lead to join the Digital Mail department at one of Eurpopes largest communication companies. Working as a virtual team member to the Quality Lead you will ensure that the level of daily quality tasks are completed whilst also supporting where necessary operational demands.

**Key Duties**:

- Undertake assigned quality checks that is designed to identify quality gaps and support fix activity.
- Feeding into the Quality Manager areas of concern together with opportunities of improvement.
- Working with the Quality Manager and your fellow Quality Leads in problem solving site quality issues.
- Lead on the continuous and innovative development.
- Work as a SME in identifying process weaknesses and support the Dept.
- Act as a Quality Champion both for the Dept.
- Assist with the training of new recruits.

We are looking for individuals with experience of working within a fast-paced, customer service risk controlled environment. The successful applicant will require experience using Microsoft packages.
