**About the Opportunity**

**At Studio Retail Limited we are constantly evolving & transforming, and we now have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Payment Advisor to join our Financial Services Team based at our Clayton Operation.**

**As a Payment Advisor you will be responsible for reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to understand their current situation, talk them through the different financial options that are available to them that will help minimise their arrears and to get them back on track with their payments.**

**There will also be occasions where our customers need additional support, Where, due to their personal circumstances, the customer needs a greater level of understanding, you will be working to understand their situation and offering solutions when they are in times of financial distress.**

**As a Payment Advisor you will be**:

- ** A great communicator, with the ability to create and build rapport with our customers (both verbal, written and listening)**:

- ** Passionate about customer experience and supporting customers in difficult situations**:

- ** A reliable and honest individual with a strong sense of empathy**:

- ** Experienced in effectively discussing sensitive topics and holding difficult conversations**:

- ** Empathetic and patient towards our customers, whilst being open minded to different customer situations.**

**Hours of Work**

**Your first 5 weeks will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 where you will receive full training, setting you on the right path to become an integral part of our team.**

**After this, you will work 36.5 hours per week - Flexible Full and Part time Hours Available**
- **Mon
- Thur 8:00 - 20:00**:

- ** Fri 08:00 - 19:00**:

- ** Sat 08:00 - 16:00**
