Client Development Executive

A truly amazing job opportunity has arisen for a consultative salesperson to join a market leading business that is an instantly recognised brand within the property & construction sectors.
This role will suit someone who is customer service focused, can have credible, high level conversations about data/software and market trends and can be consultative when talking about products.
The commission structure for this role is incredible. It has to be the strongest earning potential that I’ve seen for an internal role with 2 members of the team earning £100K+.
So this would suit someone who is money motivated.
Basic salary = £24-26,000
Commission potential for first year = £60K OTE
This is a remote working role. The team are based round the West Midlands so any face-to-face meetings will likely happen in Birmingham. But this role is working from home and all equipment is provided.
**Duties include**:
- This role is a mixture of developing opportunities with a large existing client base as well as converting comprehensive leads from the brilliant marketing department
- Provide an exceptional high level of customer experience
- Collaborate effectively with team, manager and wider teams in order to deliver exceptional customer experience during sales engagement
- Develop a pipeline of potential or existing customers to inform them about current and new product developments.
- Understanding and asking appropriate questions to effectively identify customer requirements and close sales
- Carry out technical demonstrations of the product via Teams, to multiple level stakeholders
- Arrange regular virtual meetings with clients to review objectives and opportunities to meet customer needs
- Accountability for maintaining and inputting accurate data in CRM
- Demonstrate clear examples of developing strong client relationships with new or existing business through seeking regular feedback.
**What successful looks like in this role**:
- Sales targets met or exceeded monthly and yearly
- Meet activity key performance indicators, including customer interactions, pipeline management
- Prospect pipeline contacted, updated sufficiently worked to maximise potential
- Effective account management and evidence through feedback of customers giving consistently positive feedback on interactions
- CRM up to date and correct with customer records
- Delivering examples of customer insight on a regular basis to manager and commercial insight teams
- Contributing to team meetings and wider business objectives as appropriate
- Focus on personal development as evidenced by personal development plans
- Will be previous consultative sales experience
- A strong willingness and capability to learn
- Must have hunger to be successful and close sales
- Can pick up a quite complex product
- Must have an interest with data and can understand data
- Ability to communicate to varying level of stakeholders
- Confident and positive attitude to work
