**Responsibilities of the HLTA Role**:
As a HLTA at our outstanding school, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
**Classroom Support**: Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and providing additional support to students, promoting a positive and inspiring learning environment.

**Small Group Instruction**: Working with small groups of students to provide targeted interventions, helping them to achieve their learning goals.

**Support for Special Educational Needs**: Assisting in the support and care of students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.

**Sports and Arts Enrichment**: If you have an interest in sports or arts, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to extracurricular activities and clubs, enhancing our students' experiences.

**Requirements**:
**Teaching Background**: Previous experience in a teaching role is highly desirable, enabling you to confidently cover lessons and support students' learning.

**Passion for Sports or Arts**: If you have an interest in sports or arts, we'd love to hear from you and explore how you can contribute to our extracurricular activities.
