Purchasing Administrator

We're on the look out for a Purchasing Administrator with an eye for detail to provide support to Procurement and wider Commercial Team.

**Main Duties**:

- Responsible for managing the PO Requisition Database and raising all, non-stock orders.
- Maintains outbound OTIF records daily and reports Supplier inbound OTIF monthly.
- Cross references all Order Acknowledgments for accuracy.
- Expediting orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Some procurement responsibility e.g. PPE, Car Hire, Cleaning Products.
- Filing of Delivery Notes and critical paperwork.
- Investigating invoice queries and pursuing credits.
- Raising of asset orders, SCRs etc.
- Producing monthly Vendor Rating reports and distributing them to the supply chain.
- Supporting the procurement team with monthly pricing updates and maintaining Info Records.
- Ensuring all supplier information we hold is up-to-date and relevant e.g. ISO Certs, Insurance Information.
- General admin support to the wider Commercial Team.

**About You**:

- An organized individual with the ability to multitask.
- Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with suppliers.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
