No office experience, not a problem. You don't need it, just a willingness to learn and confidence in speaking to clients over the phone along with some administration skills. It's mainly all about the right attitude

You'll join a team of 8 friendly and welcoming Customer Service Administrator's who are dealing with all enquiries in relation to travel insurance policies. This could include; administration changes, updates and medical screening.
