**About Our Client**:
The role will be supporting the front office, Investment Managers and Financial Planners in an administrative function.

On a day to day basis, you will be play a key role in a team providing support for other senior colleagues dealing with various tasks ro ensure the smooth running of the team. Day to day responsibilities include:

- Processing all new client documentation and amendments
- Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash
- ISA subscriptions and transfers
- Processing of client payments
- Administering of client accounts
- Ensuring client details and reviews are recorded correctly on systems
- General record keeping and filing
- New business and account administration
- Responsible for corporate actions
- Preparing for client meetings and producing client advice review documents
- Liaising with stakeholders internally and third party providers

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Financial Planning Administrator must have:

- Similar experience in an IFA / financial planning firm
- Strong administration skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally have worked in a financial services environment
- Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and able to work to deadlines
- Flexible and willing to support junior/senior members of the team
- Strong desire to learn and progress
