A great opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Coordinator to join our team at Clear Brew Ltd. This role is suited to an experienced accounts person who is ready for a new challenge.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Raising Sales Invoicing and maintaining associated excel schedules.
- Credit Control
- Processing credit card payments over the phone
- Processing Purchase Ledger bills and maintaining associated excel schedules.
- Preparing weekly supplier payments
- Bank Reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT returns
- The above may not contain all the duties and responsibilities that may arise in this role, and you may need to undertake other duties as instructed.

**Person Specification**
- IT literate with experience Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good knowledge of Xero
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Confident, reliable & self-motivated.
- Have credit control experience
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate well with people at all levels.
- Able to prioritise duties

**Job Types**: Full-time/Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year (pro rata)
