**The Role**

The key objective for the Senior SEO Executive is to increase the performance and visibility of our website in organic search results through strategic channel planning and tactical optimisation, in line with the digital, marketing and campaign strategies.
- Work with the Search Marketing Manager and our SEO agency on driving forward our organic search activities and delivering incremental qualified traffic to our website
- Monitor and optimise the organic search performance and SEO activity in line with industry best practice
- Making on site changes and implementing tactical recommendations to increase our organic search visibility
- Managing our SEO agency relationship to ensure they deliver on business and relationship requirements

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK09 and is offered on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract basis with at least two days based inour Southampton office.

- Knowledge or experience in managing SEO activity
- Experience of using analytical platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics, and Google Search Console
- A strategic planned approach
