We’re looking for a People Business Partner to join us in Hammersmith, London.

The People Business Partner is accountable for partnering with key business stakeholders and the People Director to understand and determine the appropriate people interventions that support the business objectives, driving both increased business performance and employee engagement. The People Business Partner will collaborate with the Centres of Excellence to identify and shape solutions that are subsequently introduced and implemented into the business to support delivery of both local and global strategy.

What will you be doing?- Enabling our Talent agenda across your business areas, by working in close partnership with the Talent CoE- Supporting functional leaders and senior managers in identifying and facilitating the delivery of projects and divisional people initiatives, including call cyclical HR activity- Helping to drive improvements in business performance through effective delivery of key people activity- Ensuring a proactive and excellent customer-focused people service is provided to the business and that each People experience is consistent and of high quality- Supporting a people management culture that is commercially focused and reflects the LG brand, values and behaviours- Supporting the Reward strategy, ensuring current practices are reviewed and fit for purpose in supporting the business retain and reward its people- Driving the implementation and evaluation of people initiatives and ensures appropriate resourcing and delivery. This includes the delivery of all cyclical people activity for client group. Examples of this are: the annual compensation review, employee engagement surveys and talent reviews- Improve leadership capability through coaching and advice- Supporting transformational activity through a strong change management approach, ensuring the way that People change is delivered, is consistent with our brand values and cultural principles

We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Relevant business Degree or professional HR qualification.(e.g. CIPD) Knowledge & Experience- Strong generalist HR experience in a dynamic, commercial environment- Experience of sourcing, developing and delivering Learning & Development solutions- Previous experience of working within a global organization is preferable but not essential- Ability to deliver a proactive HR service and implementing a people strategy in line with business objectives.- Proven experience of working in and/or leading large organisation people or change projects- An ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities and stakeholder concerns- A team player who can motivate and work alongside others and share best practice with proven experience of working with high quality, results focused, people teams
