**Planned start date**: End of August/beginning of September 2023

**Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint an experienced frontline practitioner to lead and deliver a high quality Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) service to young people aged 14 to 18 years old.**

The post holder will provide dedicated and specialist advocacy support to young people aged 14-18 of all genders in Oxfordshire. They will work within a multi-agency setting to provide pro-active, survivor-led support to service users, including supporting them to access and understand the criminal justice system and support mechanisms. They will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, as well as help to increase and improve access to OSARCC’s services for young people.

**This post is restricted to female applicants only and is exempt under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.**
