We are seeking a Customer Engineering Technical Co-Ordinator to join our Customer Engineering Maintenance Team. This team is responsible for servicing and maintaining all Air Products operated equipment across the United Kingdom and Ireland.

**Experience**:
Previous work as either a maintenance co-ordinator or in a technical role would be beneficial, however a willingness to learn, good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team will go a long way.

Due to the emerging Hydrogen for Mobility market, the department is expanding and in turn creating new and challenging opportunities.

**About the role**:
The team of technical coordinators deal with planned and breakdown maintenance on industrial gases equipment, such as tanks, food freezers, non-cryo nitrogen generators and medical oxygen panels. In addition, this role also supports the Hydrogen re-fuelling locations as continued expansion and growth develops in this emerging market.

**A Few Things About You**:

- Positive approach to customer service
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent focus on and understanding of operational safety.
- Good IT skills (knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not necessary)
- Good interpersonal skills

**Work From Home**:
Hybrid working is available once required training and probation periods are complete.

**Schedule**:
The role is 37.5 hours, working Monday-Friday 0900-1700.
