**About Our Client**:
This client is a rapidly growing business working in the FMCG and Retail markets. They have a great working culture, modern offices close to public transport and offer great career development, support and coaching.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following:

- Completing & submitting New Line Forms for our key customers in line with their required timings.
- Dealing with sales administration, order processing and bring on-board new customers
- Liaising with customers to provide samples & product imagery as required and other ad hoc requests for information
- Using customer portals to load / extract information
- Point of contact for customer queries and enquiries when NAM is not available.
- Support the Sales Team with ad hoc admin tasks.
- Maintain internal customer records including UK distribution lists, customer price lists, centralised promo plans and terms agreements.
- Liaise cross functionally to support on new product launches and customer range reviews.
- Support NAM's with month end process.
- Attend Sales meetings and customer meetings as required.
- To undertake any reasonable additional duties as requested by the UK Sales Director.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The Sales Administrator will have the following skills/qualities:

- Good commercial sense, ideally you will have worked in sales, even if this was retail
- Highly organised
- The ability to work to tight timescales and deadlines
- Good time management skills
- Drive and team working skills
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to work well with others
- A positive 'can do' attitude
- Ambition to progress within commercial environment
- Good Excel skills is essential

**What's on Offer**:
Salary of circa £25,000 - £30,000 plus great package including hybrid working.
