Established FX, Trade Finance, Loans and Leasing company based in the heart of Brentwood. We are looking for energetic, entrepreneurial junior brokers, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Energy is what we need -Lazy people need not apply.

**A career as a Broker could start today, The Position Entails The Following;**
- Delivering excellent customer service skills and building client relationships throughout the sales process and all trades.
- Cold calling is a key aspect of your role in the company, so being confident to pick up the phone is important.
- Managing new customer relationships and accounts to ensure every angle is being utilised and made profitable.
- Generating and Qualifying leads that have an FX/Hedging requirement that meets/exceeds our minimum requirements.
- Closing and setting up clients is also a key aspect of the business, so you will need to be able to navigate your way around objections and rebuttals in a professional yet effective manner.
- Ensuring adequate preparation before and during the trading day.
- Offering hedging strategies to large corporate clients to help mitigate any risk they may have when entering a volatile FX market.
- Be ready for Fat Turk Fridays

Pay: £18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
