**Customer Service Administrator**

Due to continued growth an award winning business in the pharma sector is in urgent need of a Customer Service Administrator to support the team. This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving company working with multiple brands supplying their globalcustomers

**The Role**:

- To administer all aspects of Customer service and maintain the highest level of service and customer care.
- To gather and input all Sales orders.
- To provide Management reporting on all aspects of Sales orders, Stock, and Customer and Product sales analysis.
- To uphold the company's contractual obligations with customers.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Dealing with all customer complaints and queries.
- Calling those current and prospective customers to promote sales of new and existing products.
- Liaise with Logistics and Supply Chain to ensure products are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with key account requirements.
- Carry out actions allocated in the Sales meetings.
- Ensure all departments are fully informed of all Sales actions and issues and be the driver to ensure these actions are carried out.
- Manage and facilitate orders from key accounts including Amazon
- Maintain online and website orders, stock levels and imagery up to date
- Act as Order processing cover for holiday and illness from other Group companies
- To carry out all requests from the Head of Supply Chain
