**Role Overview**

In Communications we are a team of talented designers, marketers and copywriters working closely with our customers to help them get the most out of our products and deliver an exceptional employee experience to their workforce.

**Responsibilities**
- Delivering print and digital communications according to many different consumer and B2B brand guidelinesDelivering work based on established objectives, brand guidelines and creative briefs
- Demonstrating basic presentation skills to communicate your ideas
- Actioning amendments attained via peer reviews and customer feedback
- Simultaneously working across numerous projects and work streams according to their schedule
- Administrative and ad hoc production activities as required
- Actively contributing ideas to creative sessions
- Taking ownership of each design task through to completion, ensuring a high level of quality

**What are we looking for?**
- Experienced in using the **Adobe Creative Cloud** including **InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop **are your go-to design tools
- Someone with a **proven design process**, able to take a brief/requirements and execute designs to a high standard
- Ability to adjust design to different brand styles and guidelines
- Experience of **printing and finishing techniques**:

- Experience of **digital design **and online communication platforms
- Experience of **typography and page layout**:

- Experience of material costs, time limits, and their impact on the design
- Experience of current trends and styles in the media sector
- A basic understanding of various team communications and project management tools
- Ideally a degree level qualification in either Graphic Design or Visual Communications
