Audiologist

AFC - Band 5

Full time substantive post, 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Audiologist to join our friendly team to deliver a quality Adult assessment and rehabilitation care pathway.

Clinics are held at a number of locations across Islington and Haringey.

The postholder will be based predominantly at Whittington hospital, although there will be rotation at other sites.

We also work closely with UCL/middlesex university to provide clinical placements for PTP/BSc students.

To perform routine audiological assessments on adults without direct supervision as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

To select and fit hearing aids to routine adult clients referred from General Practitioners, and internally via ENT/ Consultant Audiological Physician as directed.

To assist senior Audiological staff/medical staff with non
- routine diagnostic and rehabilitative cases for both adults and children.
