**About The Role**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
** Finance Assistant** to join the Forza Team.
To process invoices in the Accounts Payable department, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and accounted for, and timely payment made to all suppliers.

**Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure all Accounts payable transactions are processed and accounted for within agreed times and parameters.
- Maintain required checks and reconciliations on primary accounting systems and other controls such as spreadsheets as required.
- Pursue all queries on invoices, particularly those which cannot be posted on a ‘first time’ basis.
- Perform regular reconciliations to supplier statements to ensure all transactions are reliably processed and payments made on a timely basis.
- Other administrative duties such as filing, post etc

**What are we looking for?**

Experience of Accounts Payable in a fast-moving business.
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships of trust with external supplier and internal colleagues
- Liaison with suppliers and challenging incorrect billings in a diplomatic way while ensuring appropriate changes are made to allow complete processing of and payments
