Finance Assistant

**RIM Artium LLP are Facilities Maintenance Contractor carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with community Councils and Housing Associations**
We are recruiting for an experienced **Financial Assistant** to join our existing team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Finance Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by handling various accounting tasks and reporting directly to the business owners.

Duties:
- Process invoices, expense claims, and payments accurately
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Handle general administrative tasks related to finance
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable
- Previous experience in a finance role is advantageous
