**Property Negotiator
- Purpose of the Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Property Negotiator to join our young, dynamic team at Verdala Properties.

This is an involved role where you can expect on the job training from the company directors and gaining first-hand experience of supporting our clients throughout the full sales process. This is a unique opportunity to join our small, local business. **Key Responsibilities**
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the local property market across Dundee and Angus
- Answering all incoming office calls and general viewing enquiries in a timely manner
- Arranging viewings and managing team diaries to ensure productive working
- Conducting viewings to a high professional standard, building relationships with potential purchasers during this process
- Offering unwavering support and advice to selling clients throughout the sales process
- Completing all administration task on time and accurately
- Negotiating incoming offers and navigating an agreed purchase
- Representing Verdala Properties at property viewings, office meetings and company events

**Experience and Technical Skills**:

- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Experience in a fast-paced role with members of the public
- Active interest in the property market
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Competent in the use of IT systems - word, excel, phone systems and outlook (Apple products are used by the team)

This role is 9-5 Monday-Friday with late night flexibility required and a two hour (10-12) Saturday shift once per month. All hours are based at our Broughty Ferry Brook Street office. A drivers license is required to carry out viewings in and around the Dundee/Angus area.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
