Four Squared Recruitment are partnering with a leading manufacturing business with the recruit of a HR Officer to join their head office based in Sutton Coldfield. This is a brand new opportunity that has arisen and will be a vital member of the expandingHR team.

**Duties and responsibilities -**
- Work closely with wider team across the group and provide high quality ER advice to line managers
- Develop strong, trustworthy relationships across the teams and deal with first line ER issues and escalate where necessary
- Advise on capability management, grievance and disciplinary issues as well as other ER matters
- Deliver balanced case management service inline with company policies and procedures
- Support and manage the new HR system
- Ad hoc administration to support the department

**Skills and capabilities -**
- At least 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent administration skills and ability to manage workload
- Ability to multitask
- Friendly and approachable
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with all levels of management and be comfortable to be first port of contact for all HR related queries
