Head of Organisational Development & Equalities - Higher Education - London with hybrid working
Reporting into the Director of People and Organisational Development you will be responsible for leading on learning and organisational development, equality, diversity, and inclusion and staff wellbeing across the organisation.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Leading the OD & Equalities centre of excellence, comprising high quality consultancy, projects, and events relating to OD, learning and development, wellbeing and engagement
- Developing, delivering and evaluating effective organisational and learning and development solutions
- Developing, implementing and monitoring their Equality and Diversity Strategy
- Liaising with senior leaders to support strong leadership in relation to organisational development, equalities and wellbeing
- Creating effective talent and people management structures and practices
- Working with senior managers to articulate the values, behaviours and skills that will enable the organisation to grow and adapt
- Establishing external relationships with other Higher Education learning and development teams to identify areas for partnership working and adopting good practice
You should be an experienced HR professional with a track record of developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development events and interventions. Experience of integrating EDI initiatives into an organisation's values and behaviours is essential.Strong stakeholder management skills need to be combined with a results focus.
