**Shift Pattern**: 8am - 8pm, 8pm - 8am

**Location**: Swanage

**Requirements**: Female only, MUST HOLD A FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lady in her mid-thirties who has complex care needs, must be a driver and a non-smoker.

She lives in Swanage with her two cats and loves to get out and about when well enough, enjoys gardening, growing vegetables, also attends a weekly group called ‘15 Days in Clay’ where you can get stuck in and make some clay pieces too

She requires support with medication which she takes multiple times a day, 7 days a week and needs her support worker to understand signs and signals that she may becoming unwell, as this can put her at high risk as she has Adrenal insufficiency. Support with all her everyday aspects of life which include personal care and meal preparation & accompanying her to hospital appointments
