We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our client, who have a Head Office based in Alcester.

This is a full-time, 12-month FTC offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits with 2 days a week in the office.

As the HR advisor may also be involved in managing employee relations and performance management. As such, you may be responsible for anything to do with HR, ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.

This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key.

**Main Duties of the HR Advisor role include**:

- Providing expert advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures and ensuring they are implemented.
- End to end case management
- Identifying and monitoring any areas of HR improvement and ensuring improvement in line with HR action plans
- Lead and coordinate HR improvement strategies and activities
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Improvement of HR systems and processes and identifying HR policy development changes needed to ensure excellent HR service.

**To be considered for the role of HR Advisor you will have**:

- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. (CIPD5)
- Have experience of ER Advisory and working on Projects.
- Strong commercial approach to decision making.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
