Catering Menu/ward Provision Administrator P/t

**ISS Catering Department requires a P/T menu/ward provisions administrator**
The P/T will be responsible for the administration of patient menu choices via Saffron software to provide the kitchen/ward team the patient meal requirements. They will also be responsible for picking ward provisions ready for transpiration to ward level, and signing stock out for recharging.
Additional duties will include general catering ward team assistance and general cleaning.
The applicant must have good IT skills, have an excellent team ethic and be extremely reliable as this is a 365 day a year catering operation. Applicant will be required to work on some bank holidays including Christmas and New Year.
The position of Catering menu/ward provisions administrator, is part time:
8 hours over 2 days per week on rota (Including Weekends) - 9.30am - 2.00pm (with 30 minute unpaid break.
Prior catering or admin experience preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
Rate of pay is £10.42 per hour, and double time on bank holidays. Pay review in April 2024.
Part-time hours: 8 hours per week
