*** How you’ll make an impact****:
As a Feature Success Consultant, you will work within the implementation team and alongside our practices to setup and configure EXACT and Dentally’s additional modules. You will be required to ensure that our customers are fully utilising the functionality of the system. You will also be required to work closely with our existing customers on an ongoing basis to maximise their business opportunities; within an environment that prides itself on a ‘Great place to work’.

*** What you'll do****:
Achievement of monthly customer targets and team targets set to ensure existing customers continue to use the services by:

- Engaging with customers to schedule value-added product configuration
- Consulting with existing customers to drive increased product use
- Monitoring existing customers to ensure customers continue to use relevant products
- Problem-solve and continuously challenge the way that we and the practice function
- To provide thought leadership in the relevant products
- To engage with SOE management and third parties to help identify opportunities and initiatives for improving sales and customer retention for each product
- Assist existing relevant product customers with software queries
- Monday - Friday standard business hours, although additional hours (including some out-of-hours work) may be required.

**What you’ll bring with you****:

- Solid understanding of dental practice processes/workflows
- A strong understanding of EXACT/Dentally practice management software would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Consultative selling skills and experience
- Highly organised
- Highly motivated
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- A general understanding of computers and related technologies
- Full understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
