We are looking for a talented and driven individual to help us profitably grow our e-commerce business across our selling platforms. You will have the opportunity to join a creative Marketing team to help market our range of unique furniture to both customers and businesses, both online and offline and enjoy a friendly, fast-paced environment. As well as assisting with administrative e-commerce support across all aspects of the Marketing Department, this role in particular will be responsible for ensuring our presence on Wayfair is up-to-date, with products all merchandised to the highest standard. This role will be responsible for implementing strategies to grow our account on Wayfair, with the guidance of the Marketing Manager. This role will work with external account managers at Wayfair to assess and implement improvement strategies.

**The role will involve**:

- Manage our profile & product catalogue on Wayfair, ensuring all items are listed accurately, efficiently and are uniform in style.
- Manage the relationship with the external Wayfair Account Manager through regular meetings.
- Plan and implement promotions on selling platforms with the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Daily stock update on the website and external shopping channels.
- Uploading products onto all selling platforms.
- Optimise product listings to increase visitors and sales conversions.
- Analyse marketing and sales data to strategise profit growth on selling platforms.
- Respond to product listing queries and forms.
- Analyse competitors’ marketing and prices and make strategic suggestions to the Marketing Manager.
- Sourcing product information for selling platforms; prices, photos, descriptions, dimensions and monitoring product and price lists on internal systems.
- Inputting stock from weekly ‘Tick Lists’ and to liaise with purchasing and finance to ensure all stock is uploaded.
- Monitor ‘out-of-stock’ items and replenish stock levels when new stock arrives.
- Assisting with the organisation and image resizing of photos after photoshoots.
- Assisting in product code creation.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks required by the Marketing department.

**Knowledge & Experience Required**
- Ideal for a recent graduate from a business-related degree or for an individual with 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing/E-Commerce role.
- Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in marketing or business preferred).
- A strong desire and initiative to grow the company's presence and sales on selling platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Problem solver with the ability to implement solutions.
- Attention to detail to spot and correct errors efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all departments
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong team player
- Can work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines
- Positive, adaptable and willing to support all members of the marketing team and pick up workload to achieve business goals and objectives
- Basic understanding of e-commerce.
