The role will involve working alongside other interns and our sales team to develop the marketing team. Naturally therefore, there are full-time roles offered at the end of a successful internship program.

The premise of this internship is to progress to a full time role thanks to clear targets and expectations. This is also reflective of our career progression and clear promotion criteria set out from the outset - no guesswork or nepotism

**Responsibilities**
- **Required to generate Landlord and Renter leads for our Sales Team**:

- Given full creative freedom to develop marketing plans and campaigns for CITYHOUSE
- Manage all CITYHOUSE social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter)
- Form part of a team developing a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks
- Create engaging content and graphics for use on social media
- Create marketing campaigns to grow our customer database
- Implement a new blog, with frequent articles of original content
- Analyze key metrics - website traffic, bounce rate, time on site
- Generate weekly reports on our marketing campaigns performance

**Skills**
- Understanding of Lead Generation methods applicable to a startup
- Creative and can work within a budget
- Understanding in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram business accounts
- Understanding of Google SEO & Keywords
- Understanding in setting up paid for social media campaigns
- Excellent grasp of social media
- Experience with analysing performance and adjusting strategies
- Articulate with excellent writing and communication skills

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: £100.00-£400.00 per week
