Catering Assistant

### Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with food preparation, ensuring food safety, and providing excellent guest services. ## Duties:

- Assist with food preparation and presentation for catering events
- Set up and break down catering stations
- Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times
- Provide exceptional guest services and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of catering areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth operations during events
- Help with bartending duties as required

## Experience:

- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in catering or restaurant settings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest requests professionally
- Basic culinary skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 12 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
