Vinyl Wrapping Specialist

The Events House Group is an international event company specialising in simulation for interactive sporting events, event marketing and brand promotions, plus event management and logistics. We work in partnership with some of the leading names in Motorsport, both in the UK and overseas.
Due to the rapid expansion of the Group’s activities, we have an immediate need to extend the capabilities of our Branding department, under the new position of Vinyl Wrapping Specialist.
The Group is to relocate shortly to new premises in Swadlincote, with top quality facilities in all departments.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative.
- Work closely with the other members of a dedicated operations team.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
**Printing and branding**
- Liaise with the other departments in the Group, to take ownership of projects and deliver the end result on time.
- Provide concepts/mock ups of brandings as and when required.
- Assist in the management of the stock of raw materials to meet business demands.
- Liaise and negotiate with third party suppliers as and when necessary.
**Equipment**
- Ensure that all printing equipment is regularly checked for condition, any damage identified is reported and any repairs or routine maintenance is carried out in a professional, cost effective and timely fashion
**Health and Safety**
- Comply in all respects with company’s health and safety policy and carry out all duties responsibly with regard to your own safety, and that of other warehouse staff.
- Ensure that the correct PPE is worn, whilst working in the Warehouse, surrounding area and when on site.
- Ensure that you only carry out activities, which you are specifically trained and certified for.
**Events**
- Be available when required to travel to sites both in the UK and overseas, to carry out onsite requirements, liaising with Event Managers to plan this time effectively.
**Working Hours **40 hours per week - Flexibility in working hours to coincide with the needs of the business
**Location**: Highwall Industrial Park, Tetron Way, Swadlincote.
**Holidays**:20 Days plus Statutory Bank Holidays
**Responsible to ** Head of Operations
