Brook Street is working with a established charity that is seeking to hire an administrator on a part-time, permanent basis.
**Main duties**:
- To be able to liase with staff and external landlords ensuring vehicles and services are being performed to a high standard
- To undertake delegated tasks including supervision and health and safety/fire resposibilities
- To help with budget preperation as well as monitoring income and expenditure against budgets and forecasts
- Complete/supervising invoicing according to company policy
- Ensuring staff/customers are paid in a timely manner as well as abiding to correct policy and documentation
- Other generic administration tasks
**Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience**:
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Determination to complete tasks to a high standard and to deadlines
Attention to detail
Experience of dealing with members of the public
Experience of operating financial systems including budget monitoring and payroll
